Tribute week in memory of Georg Riedel, June 3-9

In Alfons’s world, Georg Riedel created, among other things, the famous Alfons signature, music for the animated short films with Alfons Åberg and Trallfonsar, with texts by Gunilla Bergström, which are performed regularly at Alfons Åberg’s Culture House.

That’s why we’re holding a tribute week at Alfons Åberg’s Culture Center June 3-9, where we pay attention to Georg Riedel’s fantastic music with daily program features.

Georg Riedel’s (1934–2024) beloved musical treasure touches generations, not least through the children’s Ida’s summer song with Astrid Lindgren’s text.

Welcome to pay tribute to Georg Riedel’s memory with us. Based on children’s wishes, the week is filled with the Alfons choir every day at 15.00 on June 3-9!
