Welcome to Alfie Atkins

Alfie Atkins lives in the Old Seed Shop in Trädgårdsförening, Gothenburg (the Garden Society of Gothenburg) just a stone’s throw away from the central train station. This listed building has been transformed into a creative cultural centre for children and their adults. There’s loads to discover! We’re open every day from 10 am until 4 pm, except for some public holidays. Come and say hello!

RESEARCH SHOW: IMPORTANT WITH PREVIOUS EFFORTS

The way of combining play with learning and giving children the opportunity to learn things at an early age is excellent according to university lecturer Annika Åkerblom.
    - It is important to detect possible learning difficulties early and then make an effort. And the children's education needs to be done throughout society, "she says.
